Whoever thought this can of nasty gossip worms would be opened up in such a way, it makes us all wonder what in the hell is really going on in Tori Spelling and husband Dean McDermott’s private life. The question we have to ask is what is real and what part of their story has been staged for massive media exposure and camera crew since this couple seems very successful in landing random reality show gigs over the years. Back in August 2013, production had been started on a new reality television series titled Tori & Dean: Cabin Fever The docu-series chronicled Tori, her husband Dean and also their four children as they moved into a decent size lakeside cabin somewhere in Ontario, Canada while renovating it into their awesome vacation home. Eight, half-hour episodes were produced and will air on CMT Canada and HGTV in mid 2014.
Let’s fast forward to their new reality show called True Tori that is on Lifetime TV. The docu-series is described: Growing up as part of Hollywood royalty, Tori has always lived her life with in the public eye. The world watched as Tori and Dean fell in love and then became parents to four beautiful children. But Tori’s seemingly fairytale life came crashing down when Dean’s infidelity reports hit tabloids in December 2013, throwing their marriage and family into major crisis. In a unique television event, Tori has made the courageous decision to allow the audience to witness the most difficult and unpredictable period in her life. Intimate, raw, emotional and completely real, Tori will tell her story for the first time as it should be told by her. Since most viewers will be seeing events almost immediately after they happen, nobody knows how the drama will unfold (not Tori, not Dean) and only time will tell if Tori and Dean’s marriage can survive the gauntlet of the press.
