Here we go again with some more Lindsay Lohan drama. Of course in Los Angeles, you can practically find either a celebrity or paparazzi on every street corner. Lindsay wrote a response to the allegations from a man that claims she grazed his knee with her car. She said via her Say Now account, “Scrape? This is all a complete lie. I’ve been at community service. Last night, I attempted to wish a friend happy birthday, which I didn’t even get to do because I was freaked out by all of the paparazzi. These false accusations are absurd.” The question is did she or didn’t she really hit this man in the way that he claims that she did. I also find it funny that she was claiming to be “freaked out”, because of all the paparazzi waiting outside of the Sayers Club in Hollywood. The only reason why she went there she says, is she was going to to celebrate her friends birthday. I think that its beyond ridiculous for her to claim she felt that way, since she has literally grown up in the spotlight. Regardless, the story started out like this from TMZ of course, because they are so awesome with getting the exclusives and all, minus reporting the truth about some of the news that they post. I’ll leave that for another day. Anyhow, let’s take a look at the details that have been reported so far about the case and the video below…

According to the story from TMZ, they say the following occurred: “Lindsay Lohan struck someone while driving away from a club, and then fled the scene. Lindsay was in her new Porsche when she left the Sayers Club in Hollywood at just after midnight Wednesday.  We’re told she was driving out of the parking lot when she was blocked by paparazzi and bystanders around the nearby Hookah Lounge. Lindsay made contact with the manager of the Hookah Lounge with her car and then peeled out. Cops were called, came to the scene, interviewed people inside the Hookah Lounge — including the manager who was lightly struck — and then left. We’re told Lindsay may have been the one who called police to protect herself from paparazzi, and that’s why cops came. Sources at the scene say the manager may not have suffered any injury. If that’s the case, Lindsay probably did not violate any law, but if he was injured that could constitute the crime of hit-and-run.  What’s more, it could be grounds to violate her probation in the shoplifting case.”

3:15 AM:  Cops tell TMZ … they have investigated and determined no one was injured so as far as they are concerned it’s case closed. They added it could be reopened if the person struck contacts them later and claims injury.

6:06 AM: The plot thickens … Sources tell us, the manager who Lindsay struck has gone to the emergency room and we’re told he is going to press charges and hire an attorney. Cops told us they will open a hit-and-run investigation if the manager files a report. Law enforcement sources tell TMZ… the 26-year-old manager was standing by his car when Lindsay was attempting a 3-point turn and she grazed his knee and his car. We’re told the manager didn’t know who Lindsay was at first and he told the paparazzi on scene and police that he didn’t need medical attention. Cops say he was told the driver was Lindsay, but he said he wasn’t from this country and didn’t know who she was. We’re told a short time later he began complaining he was injured. TMZ spoke to an eyewitness who also says the manager was fine and actually “got up and started smoking his hookah.”

Radar Online also ran the same story with a different twist to the details of what happened early Wednesday morning, they said: “Lindsay was leaving Sayers Club in Hollywood, Wednesday at 12:20 am PT in her new black Porsche, when she was blocked by a horde of paparazzi and club patrons from the nearby Hookah Lounge, officials said, “As Lindsay was trying to make a U-turn among the crowd at the late night hotspot, she nearly hit the car of the Hookah Lounge’s manager. When he got out of his car to warn her of the near-hit, she reportedly grazed his knee and sped off.” One of the manager’s employees called police to report a “traffic collision,” according to the LAPD Hollywood Division. A police spokesperson said, “There was no evidence of a crime or a hit and run.” However, the manager subsequently went to the hospital and is planning on pressing charges against the actress, after he found out who the driver of the car was the infamous wayward actress. The source close to Lindsay says, “Lindsay is adamant that she absolutely didn’t hit anyone while she was driving. Lindsay is extremely upset that there would be speculation she would ditch the scene of a potential crime scene. She is days away from being taken off formal probation. Lindsay has talked to her attorney Shawn Holley, who has subsequently reached out to cops from the LAPD Hollywood division. Would it make sense for Lindsay to flee the scene with tons of paparazzi? No, she wouldn’t have done that if there was a remote possibility she had hit someone.”

Lindsay’s new Porsche was looking a little damaged as she and her sister, Ali, were seen leaving Gyu-Kaku Japanese BBQ Restaurant in Beverly Hills, CA on March 13. Even thou Lindsay wasn’t driving during this incident that destroyed the side of her car. She made a really bad decision and let the 22 year old son of a friend drive her car, which he scraped against a wall while trying to back out of a driveway. According to reports, Lindsay was not upset, because the kid has insurance and his mom said she’d pay anything insurance didn’t cover. Also the guy who damaged her car “profusely apologized” to her and Lindsay said she understood. You think the guy who claims Lindsay hit him will win his case if he takes her to court? He really didn’t want to do anything until he found out who she was. You would think with all the paparazzi that were there, we would have seen some video and pictures of the confrontation. That makes me think that something is really wrong with the story. Guess in time we will see what happens and how it will affect Lindsay’s probation case, if it even will go that far.
