Its quite obvious that Kate’s life has became increasingly out of control with all the heavy partying and drinking that she was doing. We all know that she finally hit the gutter when she was arrested again for battery on January 14. Of course Palm Beach County Jail records show that Kate was booked on several charges including battery on an officer and resisting with violence in Boca Raton, Florida. TMZ reported that Kate went ballistic on an older couple at an apartment complex parking lot. It appears to have been an issue over an assigned parking space. The police report stated that police arrived on the scene and “attempted to speak with Major, who was screaming and yelling obscenities.” This has been an interesting weekend I must say. Watching ex-tabloid reporter Kate Major fighting with her ex-fiance’ and lover Michael Lohan using gossip sites to throw verbal punches and assaults at each other is beyond ridiculous. The main question in all of our minds is, IF they hate each other so much, why do they keep talking about each other in such a public way as they do. When wondering why these two were going at it and subtweeting each other on the sly with the world watching them. I saw them both referencing articles on their timelines that each one of them had done with different gossip sites. Interestingly enough Kate’s interview seemed to be the one that set of the chain of events leading up to today’s fuckery…
In an interview with Celebzter on April 9th. Kate responded to questions they had asked her regarding going to rehab and her addictions: “I am feeling the best I have in years. The difference is finally FEELING instead of suppressing feelings like I used to due to alcohol and prescription pills. The thought of FEELING scared me so much, I literally didn’t know a healthy way. I went to detox on November 20 to get off prescription drugs and into rehab on Dec 1, 2011. I thought that 30 days in rehab would be enough but It clearly wasn’t for me (Kate is in pretrial and can’t discuss her recent charges). I wouldn’t say that it is good to be out of rehab, it scares me to be completely on my own without the support that I have from The rehab that I went to and still attend regularly for outpatient therapy, “The Wellness Resource Center” in Boca Raton, FL. My life has completely turned around this time. It wasn’t just some 28 day retreat in South Florida. I did this for me and dealt with so many issues that I “brushed under the rug” for so many years.” She then explained more about her personal problems, she said: “Alcohol and prescription pills were my demons and it got to the point where I didn’t know what life was without them. I felt pain- I took a pill. I never OD’d or over took pills nor did I know the effects that they would have over me. I have learned so much and I wouldn’t want anyone to have to suffer How I did. I didn’t know another way.” Then they brought up Michael and she replied, “I wish and only want the best for Michael Lohan he is my ex-fiancé and we shared a lot of great times together.” The story gets even crazier from here…
Michael responded to Kate’s interview with the following articles done at two different sites. On April 12th Michael exclusively told Radar Online that Kate fell off the wagon two days ago. He also says “Kate is flat broke and facing a lot of charges right now. She’s been showing up every place I am! At the hospital, at my house. She hates the fact that I’m doing so well, that I am getting close to Dina and the kids who hate her, and can’t stand the fact that my mom and sister came down to visit me and Kate was unwanted. I was in the hospital with kidney stones and Kate just barged in!” Michael said to them, “She’s been taking ovulation tests trying to get pregnant from me. Kate has relapsed. I caught her drinking a beer at 9 a.m. two days ago! When I told her I was over all of these things and her lies, she called the police to file a false report to make money, like she did every other time. She knows the only way she can make money is to make a false claim against me and try to sell the story.” Oh okay, geez…
Today Michael told Celebrity Dirty Laundry the following in a recorded interview as seen above: “She constantly gets orders of protection and then violates them,” he said. “She constantly gets orders of protection to make money because she sells her stories, and then she violates them herself. This is very important: I never showed up at any tanning salon or any gym,” he adds. “First she told police that she was at the Level 5 gym, and then she told the press that she was at a tanning salon, and then in another story she said that I’d knocked out a car window when I wasn’t even there — I have a witness! I was with the kid I sponsor. I wasn’t even there.” That may very well be. Who really knows…
When Radar Online reached out to Kate she gave then the following statement: “I don’t even want to give Michael Lohan any more energy. He is a sick, old man who I want NOTHING to do with. He is a liar and because I want nothing to do with him, he has been stalking me and I finally HAD to take action again. I have emails, pictures and witnesses to disprove all of his desperate and pathetic claims, plus a permanent order of protection which he constantly violates.” Using subtweets to take some stabs at her client, this is where their manager oddly decides to involve herself in their debauchery. This fight just keeps getting better and better by the hour. As you can see from Kate’s responses to Gina’s few subtweets to her, she said: “I REFUSE 2 let lies bring me down – Its sad that a so-called friend bases her judgment on money & LIES. #madam smoking weed with her kids.” Then Kate really sucker punched Gina with this tweet, “Helll no & all the threats i have from @DDMgmt1 are sent to my PAID lawyer. She is trying 2 lie and create stories 2 hurt ppl. Warned u!!!” Looks like this is getting pretty nasty. Ahem, did Kate just EXPOSE a secret about Gina and call her a “madam” and then say that she was “smoking weed with her kids” all in the same sentence? Where will this twitter beef go? I guess time will tell and if we see this go to court, I am sure this will be pretty damaging to the reps of all involved. UPDATE 04/16/2012: I received the above message in my Facebook inbox stating that I have allegedly “defamed” Gina Rodriguez and her good name. She has also forwarded this post to her attorney. I replied with the following message: “If anyone has defamed you Kate Major is the one who did. I merely screen capped what she said as directed at you and your and Micheal Lohan’s subtweets about her. Period.” The tweets speak for themselves and Michael Lohan also referenced all of the parties involved that have been posted here. I’m just the messenger who caught their fight and reported it, verbatim (as seen in all of the screen shots above).
Whether the allegations against them are true or not, I was NOT the one who wrote the tweets about any of them. PERIOD. It’s all right here in plain and simple text. Like I told Gina in my last message to her before she blocked me on Facebook, “When I receive legal notice I will gladly oblige and remove the portion of the post containing your name along with Kate Majors tweets and yours.
