This is just plain disgusting to wake up and read first thing in the morning. It was only as few days ago when I reported about the continued drama between Michael Lohan and his ex-wife and arch enemy Dina Lohan. Acting just like the proud fame whoring HYPOCRITE we know he is. Michael went crying to his lawyer Benjamin B. Petrofsky demanding an immediate “cease and desist” calling Dina’s allegations against him “false, defamatory, and unlawful.” Adding, “In addition to the aforementioned preposterous statements, my client has also informed me that you continually send him unwanted and harassing messages via his cellular phone and social media. Consequently, you are further advised to immediately cease any further contact with Mr. Lohan.” Anyone who follows Dina knows that she has NOT directly said a word about her ex-con husband since last year on Twitter. Yet, Michael feels the need to run to as many gossip sites as he possibly can, and shoot his mouth off to anyone who will print his stories. Mainly shocking stories about his daughter Lindsay and Dina. With this new story blowing headlines I have to wonder WHY hasn’t a “cease and desist” demand been sent to silence his constant fuckery?
The picture above is from a December 31, 2012, New Years eve party that Lindsay and her mother Dina were on their way to. According to the New York Daily News the following occurred according to the source who spilled the beans, “She collected at least $100,000 to celebrate with Brunei’s Haji Abdul Azim. Known worldwide as Prince Azim, he throws some of the wildest, most lavish bashes ever, topped off with gift bags stuffed with expensive party favors like iPads and jewelry dripping with diamonds.” While Lindsay claimed that she was staying home for the holidays the source says, “Prince Azim not only flew her out; he put her up in a beautiful suite in the Dorchester for the weekend and following the party. Her mom, Dina, is also in London with her at the hotel and attended the party.”
Prince Azim is the son of billionaire Sultan Hassanal Bolkiah of Brunei, and is third in line to throne of the Southeast Asian nation. The source also revealed, “He rents the ballroom and does this for his amusement. He rents the ballroom and pays stars to show up. Lindsay went because she’s that desperate for a paycheck.”
This news gets Lindsay’s father real excited as he has a chance to click on that speed dial to leave responses. Michael told Confidential, that he didn’t think his daughter’s appearance for money was a good idea: “Now she’s getting paid for dates?”
It also appears that Lindsay was having some other issues during the filming of her upcoming movie The Canyons with co-star James Deen, as her personal life seems to reflect some of the scenes. We all know Lindsay has been having serious financial problems over the last several years. So the allegation coming from the mouth of her own father is quite obscene but on the other hand very believable. The question being is Lindsay really a Hollywood “escort” to rich men acting as their paid “arm candy”?
What about her confusing relationship with Charlie Sheen? There was a huge exposé in The New York Times Magazine chronicling her disastrous behavior on the set of another movie. Charlie was asked by the Daily Beast what she was like to work with.
TMZ reported, the Los Angeles IRS office issued Lindsay a Certificate of Release of Federal Tax Lien, for tax year 2009. The document which is a public record also shows the $93,701.57 she owed for that year was paid in full, on December 5, 2012. Charlie reportedly had written her a $100,000 check in late November 2012 to help pay her back taxes. She applied the remaining $3,600 to the $140,203.30 she still owes for 2010. Hmm, was the money Charlie gave her a GIFT out of the kindness of his heart, or a LOAN that she will eventually have to pay back? Either way, not every one has a hundred thousand just lying around waiting to hand out.
Oh the fuckery! Now getting back to her bible thumping father DENYING ever saying that Lindsay was escorting for money. According to Gossip Cop, Michael hurried over to the site to say that he did not, in fact, make any comments about his daughter dating men for money. Looks like Michael conveniently forgot his negative comments he said about Lindsay to the New York Daily News, earlier this month. Those comments clearly show and imply that he knew she was getting paid to date.
Then desperate Michael ran to TMZ and told them, “By absolutely NO MEANS did I ever make such a statement … EVER!” He wasn’t done getting his daily fix of press time when he slithered over to another gossip site Rumor Fix and told them the same thing as he did to the other previous sites, “Sure Lindsay and many others make personal appearances and get paid for it! Sure she and they get paid to go to birthday parties and other occasions! But for sex? are you kidding me? I would never say that because, she would NEVER do that and it NEVER happened!”
Michael was not done pimping himself out and getting tons of attention as he also made a statement to E! News and said, “All I DID say when I was arguing with Dina was that Dina was acting like a pimp for allowing and going with Lindsay to an event/personal appearance for money, just so Dina could get her cut!” He added. “It’s like pimping Lindsay out so Dina can make money! They twisted everything to make it look like I said that! Notice that they said the pimp part BUT then a ‘source’ said the rest!” Michael said that he’s still trying to do right by his daughter. “When Lindsay is wrong I say it and stick to it, but when she is right or people lie about any of us, I defend us!” Poor victimized Michael!
Yeah right, Michael always claims he never would say anything like that about his daughter that he constantly sells off to the highest bidder. He’s known for planting stories about those who are closest to him. When things get out of control he plays the “I am innocent” card acting like he is the victim made to look bad. It really says a lot about Michael’s character when his own son talks about his own father being a “unreliable source” that was paid for the Star Magazine/Radar Online story.
That brings me to what he has said about Kate Major in the past. Calling her an escort to the stars. I wrote about this story back in August 2012, and I mentioned the August 2010 interview with Chaunce Hayden. During that interview Michael spoke about Kate and spared no punches, specifically mentioning that Kate was allegedly a Hollywood escort. He told Chaunce: “I didn’t come here to talk about Lindsay or Kate. I came here to apologize to you for the things Kate said about you. I feel bad Kate would say those things about you. It pains me to even hear those words now… Especially coming from someone who was an ESCORT. I mean, come on! Give me a break. Imagine how I feel? I had no idea [Kate Major] was an ESCORT. I thought it was all lies. But you’ve proven to me she is. I can see the proof. It’s tangible. Listen for nine months I was paying for sex!”
Michael also added, “It’s all an act. Now she’s living with a woman who was a prostitute in Chicago. I absolutely think Kate could be a prostitute now.” After reading what Michael said about Kate, was he LYING? He NEVER denied what he said about Kate in the past, so I can only guess that what he said about her was in fact TRUE. That interview with Chaunce says it all and shows how conniving and vindictive Michael really is. Michael has proved over the past several years, that he doesn’t care about anyone else unless it satisfies his own self-serving headline grabbing needs.

It's reported to be a baby boy born today.
Kate went into labor at a Florida hospital, where she gave birth to a son named Landon Major Lohan on January 30,2013 at 11:39 a.m. PST, TMZ reports. Baby Landon weighed in at 7 lbs. five oz. and was a reported 19 3/4 inches. The website reports that Michael was by Kate’s side the entire time, even cutting the umbilical cord. A rep (their manager) for the family told TMZ that Landon, Michael, and Kate are all “doing great”.

I feel sorry for the kids, but take some comfort in reading things like you posted that Michael C said about his dad. They seem to be stronger, brighter, and able to just blow it off. I think the reason Lindsay has such a hard time cutting the cord is because she was older when he left. She had a little longer relationship with him, so she keeps wanting to give him the benefit of the doubt. The other kids, not so much. He wasn't there for them, he favored Lindsay, and they knew it. One of these days LiLo will cut the cord. For good. Maybe this will be the knife to do it once and for all.
Its so pathetic to watch Michael Lohan selfishly LIE with no remorse about Lindsay and constantly use and abuse her to stay on top of the gossip headlines. But her father isn't the only problem she has on her plate right now. Lindsay really needs to get some help and the drama with her lawyer is not helping anyone. Lindsay fired lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley, who has repped her for the past several years, earlier this week, only to have Holley show up and enter a plea of not guilty for her.
"Do you still represent Ms. Lohan?" Los Angeles County Superior Court Commissioner Jane Godfrey, confused, asked Holley in a hearing Tuesday. "Yes, at this point, yes," said Holley. "We've got to get the representation issue nailed down," Godfrey told the attorney "The representation issue will be nailed down," Holley affirmed.
A letter firing Holley came from an attorney in New York. Lohan, who was not required to attend Tuesday's arraignment, must be in court January 30. At that point, the judge and lawyers will nail down any pretrial motions. Lindsay Lohan's trial date has been set for February 27.
She faces four misdemeanor charges relating to the accident, but the most serious threat to LiLo's freedom is the probation revocation that the arrest triggered. She could be jailed for up to 245 days for violating her probation for a shoplifting conviction – one of the terms of her probation is simply obeying all laws.
Lohan was put on probation after being convicted in 2011 on charges related to the theft of a necklace. All was well until August 2012, when she crashed her car. Authorities said not only was she driving recklessly in Santa Monica, she also gave false information to a police officer and then resisted a police officer. The city attorney filed four misdemeanor charges against her, prompting an L.A. County Superior Court commissioner to revoke Lohan's probation.
In November, she was also charged with an unrelated misdemeanor assault after allegedly punching a fortune teller at a Manhattan nightclub. Tiffany Mitchell apparently was flirting with LiLo's BF Max George. In all, Lindsay's downward spiral has seen her bounce in and out of court at least 19 times and to five different rehabilitation facilities since 2007.
