As I promised you all. I have an update regarding the case between Garry “Prophecy” Sun and Tila Tequila. Earlier this month Garry had violated the court mandated restraining order, by emailing Tila. I’m still in shock that he had violated it knowing he would get into huge trouble. But, Garry is very adamant and has come to a realization that he was played by all who are involved. I will get into that mess later after his defamation hearing on February 28, 2011. I have posted the summary of the case below and more important information about this ongoing fiasco…
As you can see from the screen shot above (click the picture to make it bigger) the RO case was held yesterday at 10 am in Department 75 and Kenji Machida was the Judge who was presiding. Garry does have an attorney representing him now, which is good because he will need some professional legal counsel. There was a reporter there who has been following the case since the first day the story got press. Kat Tales TV reported the following happened at the court house, some of this info is pretty shocking…
“Garry Sun was shocked to find out that he was facing jail time for violating a restraining order put in place by former associate Tila Tequila/Nguyen. The judge was stern with Garry Sun, after both attorney’s agreed to neutralize the situation by adjudicating the sentence for 180 days. During which, Garry Sun must enroll and complete an Anger Management program that lasts for 6 months. Sun was forced to accept and attend the judge’s order. Under the advice of his attorney, Garry Sun will be attending Alternative For Violence (anger management program).”
“The judge also said that if Garry Sun was found guilty of violating Tila Tequila/Nguyen restraining order, he would face jail, fines and sanctions for costs and fees. The Judge also amended paragraph 7 of the November 12, 2010 restraining order. Garry Sun must remain 100 yards away from Tila Tequila/Nguyen. The judge took exceptions to the times when Garry and Tequila would be in court and when they were at the same events. Sun’s attorney offered that Garry would remove himself if he was at an event that Nguyen was in attendance. Both parties were warned by the judge that they must not have direct or indirect contact via 3rd parties, no fictitious emails or Facebooks.”
“On Tila Nguyen’s side she had an expert witness who was an Officer of the Law who will be testifying in 6 months when he is recalled for trial. The Judge warned Sun that jail is not a nice place and that even one day would not be pleasant. He also said that in six months, he would take everything into consideration. If Garry Sun completes his mandatory anger management courses as well as if there is no contact between the two parties. However, he also gave a stern warning that Garry Sun could be facing jail time regardless.”
“Personal notes, it was very hard to hear in the court room Sun’s lawyer spoke very softly. And the stenographer had to ask several times during the proceedings for the parties to speak up. I took the best hand notes that I could. The name of the judge wasn’t on the outside of the court room or where I could see on the desk. We weren’t allowed to film or tape inside the court room. My job was to cover the story just like any other Lindsay Lohan court drama. Garry did say at one point, that they wanted to take him away to jail that day. There was several meetings between the lawyers and the judge that transpired in chambers. Garry Sun said his attorney just got the case that morning.”
“Due to a TV pilot, Garry Sun was interviewed before the proceeding. I was interviewed after about what I thought about the proceedings. I left after that to go to my car and then photographed Tila Tequila/Nguyen who was across the street from my car. I never spoke to her before, during or after the proceedings. I was in a tight spot because at one point when Tila came back into court she had blood on her white skirt. I could not due to the assumption that I would be having contact with her for nefarious purposes tell her. I had to allow her to find out and eventually someone offered her a black jacket to wrap around her waist. As I was across the street Tila Tequila/Nguyen and her lawyers spoke and Nguyen smoked a cigarette. One of her attorney’s left and she walked across the street in my direction passing me to go to her car. I had no idea that she would be crossing my path. I kept a respectful distance and shot photographs on public property. To be clear I was covering a story nothing more, nothing less which I have been doing from the get go when it came to the first allegations between the pair.”
On February 23, I received a tweet out of nowhere from Shyla Jennings. She brought up Skyy as in Skyylar Jaylen? She claimed that she had been “stalking me for 2 years”. What reason would she be tweeting me for. I haven’t heard nothing from her, since this whole original incident happened in October 2010. To top it off she deleted the tweet to me. Why did she do that, it looks even more suspicious. It’s all good, I saved that tweet so you can all read it for yourselves, those of you who missed it the day I retweeted it.
The part that really gets my gourd is this TV Pilot in the works, that Garry was interviewed for and what it has to do with what is going on behind the scenes. What is the real reason this is going the way it has been. It really makes me wonder. Anyhow, I have been keeping in good communication with Garry, I will be updating this post when I receive a reply…
First off I’m going to say what a piece of crap for a human being Tila Tequila is. Why am I saying this? Enlight of recent events, today’s actions clearly show me that she’s out for blood and revenge is clearly her intention. Let’s be real here folks. Tila’s been f**king around with everyone since last year using FAKE twitter accounts to do it. While I am on no one’s side right now. I have to point out this blatant fuckery, that I and many other people who have been following this story have witnessed up until this point. Let me explain further, in a post today from Radar Online titled “Tila Tequila Claims Photog Violated Restraining Order, Tried To Have Him Arrested.” I read the following information…
“Tila Tequila claims a photographer she has a three-year restraining order against has violated the terms of the order and took him to court Friday in an attempt to get him arrested for contempt, Radar Online is reporting exclusively. Although the pint-size reality-TV star wasn’t present in court, sources tell Radar Online her attorneys were there to represent her and brought an email from photographer Garry Sun, written to Tila, to prove he’d been contacting her. “You win, I know what you’re trying to do,” the email read. “Go ahead and report me to the police and have me arrested.”
Before presenting the document to the judge, Tila’s attorney’s argued that she’d reported it to the authorities but they found it to be insufficient grounds for having Garry arrested. “Garry was in court today and the judge issued another hearing for later in the month,” a source told Radar Online. “Garry Sun is a highly dangerous paparazzi who tried to hurt me and make highly false allegations against me,” Tila told Radar Online in a previous interview. “I hope that he will never work in this town again so that he won’t be able to do this to other celebrities or anyone else for that matter!” The terms of the restraining order say Garry must stay at least 100 yards away from Tila, her home, work and vehicle and there is to be no contact through a third party. A contempt hearing has been set for February 23, 2011. Tila was unavailable for comment.”
Are you f**king kidding me here? Tila must think we are all stupid. It’s all just a nasty game to her. From the screen shots above from Tila’s FAKE @Diana_King account, the tweetsfromyesterdayonly further PROVE that she taunted and HARASSED Garry, also VIOLATING the restraining order, that was really set in place for both of them. That legal sh*t is a two way street. Here’s what she probably thinking, “Since, I got f**ked over for the Vivid Lesbian Sex Tape, the person easiest to take my aggression out on is Garry Sun, so f**k it!” Just think about what I’m saying here. It all makes sense to me.
Remember this story from Radar Online “Fourth Porn Star Who Partied With Charlie Sheen Identified — The Tila Tequila Link.” As soon as I read that sh*t, one of the first people on twitter to blast any crap towards Garry’s direction was @Diana_King in the tweets above (click the picture to make it bigger) you can clearly see a stab right a Garry. How convenient it was, since it’s not Tila’s real twitter account @OfficialMsTila, she can say whatever the hell she wants to. But, she forgets that she’s tweeting on that fake account a lot and gives herself away. It’s a typical mistake many people make, especially when it’s someone like Tila. I also find it hilarious that for once in her life she had no comment to give to Radar? Are you kidding me…SMH
I’m going to contact Garry and see what he has to say about today’s events. If he replies to me, I will update with his response. I don’t know what to think, it’s all just crazy. What are your opinion and thoughts about this situation?
UPDATE 2/05/11: I received the email reply above (click the picture to make it bigger), from Garry this morning. He explained to me the following as to what happened. I asked him if what Radar Online was reporting was true and he told me “she is really trying her hardest to have me thrown in jail. and she’s using my recent reactions to her diana_king death threats as a way of doing it.” Then he said “I did send her an email. After she sent numerous emails, posing as other people, to people around me in order to ruin my relationships.” I personally was so disappointed to hear the he really did contact and email Tila. Ugh. That really hurt his legal fight…
Garry explained further, and said “She also has made continuous threats to other people from Diana King, and it’s my reactions to those threats, that she is trying to get me for. From what I hear, she is also trying to fabricate evidence to make sure I am locked up.” Finally he brought up “Let it be known. She wants me arrested because I know that she killed Casey Johnson, and the alleged kidnapping is in fact real, as well as many other crimes that have already occurred.” Garry also told he that he messed up by emailing her, but apparently just like us, we are tired and want something done about this whole mind boggling mess.
UPDATE 2/10/11: Before the start of the Lindsay Lohan grand theft felony arraignment, I ask Garry Sun about Tila Tequila and the latest accusations that he violated Tequila’s restraining order. This video was shot solely by KAT of KAT TALES TV. Garry was asked some very important questions regarding his case about Tila. Some serious mind boggling questions that we all want to know. That is why I wanted to post this for you all to see. I have been speaking to KAT off and on regarding this case and another well known person that I write about Kat Stacks. :::: ATTENTION READERS :::: You guys, I have been debating this issue for a few months now and I am really tired of the Diana King/Garry Sun/Shyla Jennings/Tila Tequila twisted attention whoring, type of debacle that has been happening on twitter for months and reporting about it. I’m just making them more famous, which none of them deserve. Let this be a firm notice to all that I will be no longer posting any information after today’s post regarding the alleged @Diana_King account. The picture you see above is the REAL Diana King and that is the only picture that I could find before all of her accounts were all of a sudden deleted. Which I have since removed out of request in place of the tweet you see above.
No, I was not threatened in anyway, don’t get it twisted. My thinking is, how do we know that the alleged @Diana_King account isn’t Garry Sun himself or another one of his alleged friends aka sources? How do we know that this account is not the REAL Diana King that has all of a sudden played a major part in this and everyone has had their attention diverted from Shyla Jennings to Diana King? There are way to many possibilities out there to just stick with just the belief that the @Diana_King account on twitter isn’t the actual Diana King herself, that seemed to disappear out of nowhere after she was mentioned a couple months ago. As far as I know and it has been brought to my attention, Garry had a personal and to some extent controlling and/or abusive type of relationship with her and many things were said to her, that was why she all of a sudden disappeared.
I know that I am really tired of all the games and drama stemming from all the people who are involved, which in fact seems to be many who have decided to play out this elaborate plot against Tila. As far as we know Tila could have set this whole thing up herself in the goal of getting some type of reality show or book out of it. Remember when she said that she was working on book #2. I want to make it clear that I will only be posting information as related to Tila and Garry’s legal battles from the court dockets and other information that I receive. Believe me I was shocked as hell and was wondering why and how she knew that I had posted her picture. Guess my blog gets around quickly. I still have no way to actually confirm if this is really her or not. There is so much fuckery happening, it’s all so confusing. Regardless, she told me a few things and didn’t really go into specifics regarding the relationship between her and Garry…
“I am Diana King. The “real one”. I do NOT have a relationship with Garry Sun. I am NOT pregnant with his child. Garry was my friend, a good one at one time, however we no longer keep in contact. I would rather not explain the reasoning behind all of this because I don’t want to put his personal business out there. That’s not the type of person I am. I have nothing to do with this, and it’s not fair that my name is being dragged into something that is between Tila and Garry.”
Why did I take her picture off this blog you might ask? We made a deal and this is what I told her “I will remove your picture in trade if you let me post your email with your email address covered up. Reason being, people want to hear the REAL story about you and Garry. You do know that Garry has mentioned your name more than enough times. He is the one who brought you into this mess in the first place. I have another question to ask you, if you don’t mind. Is that your @Diana_King account on twitter? If not, do you know who runs the account and why they are doing it?”
She replied back to me in another email and said “There’s actually a lot less to this whole thing than people seem to think. It’s been quite some time since we’ve spoken, and I’d like to keep it that way. I tried to be a supportive friend but, it just got to be way more than I could handle. That twitter account absolutely does not belong to me. Garry insisted that it belonged to Tila but, to be honest, I really have no idea whom it belongs to. I deleted my twitter accounts and that was the end of it, or at least I thought.”
There you have it folks, I’m so puzzled by this Diana King mess. It’s gotten out of control. I realize that this has a lot to do with events between certain members of the “Tila Resistance”. I have been on twitter since April 2009 long enough to watch lot’s of unnecessary childish bullsh*t happen between people on there. In retrospect, it’s so much more deeper than that. When will all this fuckery stop? I personally never thought that I would end up linking any of this mess together in this manner, it just happened this way. I guess it was meant to be. If you knew Diana King personally or know anything about her. I ask that you please contact me and tell me what you know, if you want to. Lastly, please STOP interacting with the TROLL known as @Diana_King on twitter, you are helping in feeding the madness and making the situation worse. Whether it’s really Tila or not, I ask that you all please stop giving that fake twitter account power. Pretty soon they will disappear and that’s what we want…
Who can we believe? There have been several reports by many different celebrity gossip sites over a picture of Natalie Nunn and Wiz Khalifa seemingly pretty close within lip lock reach. Even though Wiz DENIES the allegations. I tend to get the feeling that he’s NOT exactly being very truthful with his fans. In my own research through Natalie’s personal pics of herself, that she posted onto twitter. I can tell that they have been hanging out with each other pretty heavy over the past week, since she touched down into Pittsburgh.
If they had nothing going on. Why would Wiz even bother picking Natalie up at the airport? He could have sent a driver for her. That’s usually the protocol for these kinds of things. There’s obviously something going on between them, during the amount of time that she went out to PA. Pictures don’t lie right? Natalie had posted several of them onto twitter of her and Wiz together in compromising positions. Check them all out below…

There were many pictures taken by one of Natalie’s friends that night. All of these pictures are dated Saturday, December 11, 2010. The pictures that really blew up the controversy are the ones below. Even though Wiz says he was only giving Natalie a “shotgun”. But, the pictures tell me a different story. These are not typical “shot gun” passing pics of weed smoke as Wiz tweetedthat day. These pics (click the pictures to make them bigger) are definitely phases of kissing. No matter how much Wiz DENIES it, he most likely smashed Natalie that same night. I wouldn’t doubt it in the least. He was really HIGH and intoxicated. He even said it himself on twitter. Like everyone says “blame it on the alcohol”. I personally won’t be taking that for an excuse, considering he ended up hanging out with her over this past week.
But, we are far from done talking about this ridiculousness. Surprisingly, I was contacted on Youtube by the female in the now deleted youtube video (which I still have in my possession), known as kiarakiweezf, alleging that she is Wiz’s girlfriend and he is her man. The video was posted on December 15th, a few days after all of the rumors hit the internet. I tweeted the video link to Wiz and Natalie. I seriously doubt that they will respond.
I also requested that “Ki” email me a little bit about herself and how she came to meet Wiz. Let’s see if she responds back to me. If she does, you know that I will be updating this post with more information and her actual email. Standby for more crazy tales of groupie and rapper fuckery…
UPDATE 12/19/2010: This morning I received a email response (click the picture to make it bigger) from Jasmine Heard. Otherwise known as Cameron aka Wiz Khalifa’s REAL girlfriend (allegedly), that he has been dating for the past few years. I asked her a couple of questions in regards to how she found out about Natalie and Wiz. She explained “I first learned about the wiz and Natalie thing when a close friend of mine that’s with Taylor Gang majority of the time texted me and told me that she thought some funny stuff was going on w/ Natalie. Something about Natalie was asking some friends to put her own. This was about a month ago when I heard about this.” Wow, from what she is saying. Natalie was planning this publicity stunt over a month ago? If that is true, that’s crazy as hell and shows how desperate she is for press.
Jasmine continued to say “I’ve heard numerous stories about her and how she gets down so I questioned Cameron (wiz khalifa) about it. He told me there was nothing to be worried about so I let it go. Then I got a call a week ago saying something about pics thats been floating around. so I checked them out called Cameron told him what I had seen and he start explaining that he was only blowing her a shot gun. So I don’t understand why she’s making these rumors up?” Maybe Natalie did make up the rumors. Or it was the blogging communities fault. Either way, the pictures up above don’t lie and tell me a whole different story.
I asked Jasmine how she met Wiz Khalifa and she briefly told me “I met Cameron when back in 2007, my aunt lives SW of PA so that’s how I met him, not through my aunt but being in Pittsburgh through the summer, ended up running into him. But that’s another story lol.” She then said “I’m going to an art school for fashion so I’m not really around like I use to be. But, I trust him I don’t think he lies to me he let me know what’s going on when its going on. But, you guys will be seeing more of me when me & Cameron move together after his album drops.” Jasmine also mentioned “He’s going to be pissed that I’m telling you this. But, I can’t let these lies and rumors go on with this horse looking bitch Natalie, I’m sorry.”
There you have it folks. These are the actual words from Wiz Khalifa’s longtime girlfriend Jasmine. I want to thank Jasmine for taking time to contact me and also replying to my email. I wanted to get her opinion and see what was really happening with this story. I wonder what Natalie will say now? Is this really as innocent as it all seems to be? Guess we’ll have to wait and see…
Is it just me or has Hollyweird blown a fuse? You know when I write about Tila Tequila is has to be something that is off the wall and weird, that has recently happened. But, this my dear readers is more twisted then you think. It’s actually a lot more twisted than I thought it could possibly be. The ONLY reason why I am posting this is because I am having some serious issues with the moral standards of how all of this is being handled by both parties involved. Basically, some of this information is so outlandish its really hard to believe. Either way, here we go. I’m going to post all of the information that I got from Garry Sun, EXACTLY as it was sent to me.
When I got this email above (click the picture to make it bigger) from Garry “Prophecy” Sun on November 29, 2010 way before Perez Hilton even posted these new allegations on his dirty website. This morning titled “Tila’s Photog Speaks! Claims She Raped And Blackmailed His Girlfriend, KILLED Casey Johnson!“ As soon as I read that post, I just couldn’t believe it. It also made me realize a few things about what was going on. But, the question that really boggles my mind is why in the hell did Garry go to Mario Lavenderia (one of the most unrespected celebrity bloggers in the industry) and sell the story off to him? What kind of attention was he seeking and/or needing? That got me thinking…
There was more to that email that was originally sent to me. Garry had messaged me more info in regards to what was currently happening with his case (click the picture to make it bigger). The ONLY reason why I never posted or even talked about what Garry had told me, is because he had a case pending. Plus the fact I had RESPECT for the confidence level between email communications between Garry and I. Now seeing that Garry did go to Perez, actually makes me think that this whole thing is much dirtier than what it seems to be. Regardless, there was much more that came out regarding the information that had been outed on Unrated Perez.
In the screen shot above (click the picture to make it bigger) you will see a replies to some questions that I had for him regarding Tila. Those questions were also based on a recent post that a twitter user was alleging “that Tila was infertile and they had proof of their claim.“ There was a person mentioned in Garry’s email to me where he had mentioned a “friend.” At that time he never mentioned to me what his friend’s name was, that he had been referring to until later in the conversation. Garry also opened up with more graphic details about Tila being infertile saying “the proof I have of that (sorry to be graphic) but we had sex numerous times, unprotected, and she never got pregnant.”
He continued to explain “we’re talking literally 200 times over the course of 3-4 months and did not get pregnant.” When I thought this information couldn’t get anymore wild than it already did, Garry tells me “she has had 2 abortions, and she is highly drug addicted, and has tried numerous times to get pregnant, and it has not happened yet.” Hold up a second. Let me get this straight from what Garry says Tila has been pregnant before and had 2 abortions? Good lawd…
Here’s where this “friend” of Garry’s comes into play. As you can see from the screen shot above (click the picture to make it bigger). While I was on twitter looking around, I had noticed a twitter user that was conveniently a “Tila Army” member and fan of hers, going under the twitter user name of @Diana_King. I found it to be odd that she she had what seems to be personal knowledge of Garry. Also they tweeted allegations like “@TilaOMG Are you talking about Garry posting your address?”
That new account which I am assuming is FAKE, also posted some weird tweets “@TilaOMG Im having a baby and Garry suggested the name Adora L’oren I LOVE IT!!!! What do you think?” and “@TilaOMG My baby is due in 3 months her name will be Adora L’oren… What do you think?” Since that day Tila changed her twitter name to @TilaTequila. But, still runs the old ID. Isn’t that something strange, considering that this account was created on the same day that I asked Garry those questions regarding Tila. Could this scandal get any weirder? What will Garry do from this point on?
UPDATE 12/10/10: This morning I woke up to the above messages in my email (please click the picture to make it bigger). I let Garry know that I was going to post the screen caps of his reply within this post. He vehemently stands by what he has said. He also mentioned “just because i missed my RO hearing, everybody wants to talk shit.” He went onto say “yes, I messed up with the RO hearing, I wish I could go back.. but at the time, I was told there was a police investigation already beginning, and that it would be best not to give up my evidence, cause the more important thing, is to get her arrested and that never happened.”
At this point this could all be believable and not believable. We have to also remember that Tila has many FAKE personalities. Remember JANE? One which allegedly tried to kill her and then Tila changed the story3 times within a month, before blaming Garry for her self inflicted injuries. Garry had told me a lot more in regards to his situation. But, I’m not posting it unless its necessary. I think that there’s been enough damage done already.
Personally, I’m still in awe of all of this mess. People are questioning why I’m even posting this stuff. Saying things like my credibility will be affected and it makes me look stupid. Since, I am only posting commentary around screen shots of what was said. I do not agree with those people who think that. We can agree to disagree.
Could this be an elaborate PUBLICITY STUNT that some sick twisted minds have concocted? This will either get worse before it gets better or will just be pushed under the rug, like it never happened. Thinking about Tila’s past LIES, that she’s been caught in. When will this all end? Who will eventually pay the price for this fuckery? Guess in time we will find out. Hopefully sooner than later.

In the interview with Billboard magazine it was also revealed that Rihanna has wanted to work with Drake for a long time but specifically wanted “Drake’s signature swagger” for “What’s My Name“ She said “Drake is the hottest rapper out right now and we’ve always been trying to work together. He’s the only person I thought could really understand the melody of the song, and the minute he heard it he said, “I know exactly what I’m going to do. I love it.” And he did it like three days later.
The video starts with different views from the city, then shifts to a store where Drake is speaking to the cashier. Rihanna enters, grabbing his attention. She smiles for him and walks towards a fridge and grabs a milk package. Drake follows her and his verse begins. He holds her hand as he raps his verse, the milk package falls from her hand as she holds his, thus spilling milk on the floor. When Drake’s verse is over, Rihanna pushes him and and walks away with a smile. Basically speaking this video is smoking hot and pure fire. Tila Tequila‘s really rubbing it in today talking about her major victory against Garry “Prophecy” Sun, that happened at Superior Court in Los Angeles this morning. But, to no one’s surprise and in typical Tila form she tweeted about going to the court house and also even tweeted while she was at the courthouse. Was she looking for more attention and garnering for more support from her “Tila Army” followers? I say yes…

She was tweeting away bragging about how awesome she and her “Tila Army” is and how she’s “gonna win” her court case. Was all this necessary thou? All the hoopla and drama that Tila continues to bring around her only seems to back fire at some point. After her outlandish bragging Tila wrote a blog exclaiming “Miss Tila Wins Battle Against Crazed Paparazzo Today!!!“ It’s one hilarious post with tons of “hater” love in it.

She continues her rant and says the following “So I just got back from the Los Angeles Superior Courthouse to testify against Garry Sun’s lies and threats against me in front of the judge, and the judge granted me a 3 year restraining order against Garry Sun and his lies! This right here is where Tila shows her real colors and who she really is. If people can’t see through the FAKE exterior then you guys are LOST behind the cloud of fuckery that Tila has bequeathed before you. Tila has since August defamed and slandered Garry. It hasn’t stopped since. She also denies any type of relationship that they had, even when there is proof and a deleted blog. People in her “Tila Army” still don’t seem to grasp that she is hiding something. If they had nothing going on between them, why delete that post? Regardless Tila’s been the only one to continue on this menagerie of cirque de Tequila.
Tila really needs some education in case law, since she has came to my blog and replied anonymously at least twice that I know of. Let’s explain it for her right here and save her the hassle of looking it up. Let’s start with the basics of what a restraining order constitutes “a court order that tells a person to stop doing something for a certain amount of time, usually until a court hearing is held.” also known as an injunction which is a “court order that says a defendant can’t perform, or must perform, a specific act.” The thing that irks me about the whole restraining order issue is the type of restraining order that Tila requested.
From the DEFAULT judgment that she received today, ONLY because Garry Sun was LATE to his own performance (which was a definite NEGATIVE mistake on his behalf and disappoints me). It seems that she first got a California Domestic Violence Temporary Restraining Order, that was is in force for the past two weeks. But, when Garry showed up LATE by DEFAULT it was made into a permanent restraining order for 3 years. But, from the comments in her failed blog (which is soon to turn into a website all about herself on November 15) it seems that she also has a Criminal Protective “No Contact” Order. Which with this type of restraining order it has to be obtained through the District Attorney’s office, and is ONLY issued in active domestic violence cases. With this order, your abuser cannot call, write, e-mail or contact you at all except through lawyers.
So which did she get, since she alleges that he ONLY said slanderous things about her. Would her having a these types of restraining orders be considered abuse of the system? In California alone, it seems to be the easiest state in the nation to obtain a restraining order. Why is this happening? While reading the following articles “Respecting Accuracy in Domestic Violence Abuse Reporting“ and the Los Angeles Superior CourtHarassment Restraining Order,” instructions via PDF. I want to point out a couple of facts…
“For example, in California, it appears to be as easy to obtain a restraining order as a hunting or fishing license. The Sacramento Superior Court’s website instructs TRO applicants as follows: Please present the completed domestic violence forms to the Family Law Filing Window in Room 100 of the William R. Ridgeway Family Relations Courthouse. The clerk will conduct a mini-interview with you to clarify your request and to ensure that you filled out the forms correctly. Also, in California, 17 counties do not have a reliable procedure to enter orders into their database.”
“In Los Angeles county “before going to the courthouse, you are supposed to give the person who is harassing you (the “defendant”) advance notice that you are going to ask the court to issue a Temporary Restraining Order (a “TRO”) against him or her, unless you believe it would be dangerous to do so. You should attempt to tell the defendant, either by telephone or in person, at least 24 hours before you appear in court that you will be seeking a TRO, and the date, time, and place (i.e. the address of the courthouse and the Department number) that you will be seeking the order. The judge may ask you a few questions concerning the harassment. If the judge determines that there is sufficient cause to grant the TRO, the judge will sign the Notice/TRO and a date will be set for a hearing in approximately two weeks. Generally, you must pay a $320.00 fee to file the Request. If the harassment has included violence or threats of violence, however, there is no filing fee pursuant to California Code of Civil Procedure section 527(h).”
Sad TRUTH is “the U.S. Supreme Court once commented that the Fourteenth Amendment is violated by legal procedures that appear “fair on their faces,” but are administered “with an evil eye or a heavy hand.” The same could be said about restraining orders that are freely granted without even an allegation of physical violence.”
Even after all the drama, we still have a long way to go before this matter is over. Personally, I am NOT happy and extremely disappointed that he was late to court this morning and I feel that it hurt his case publicly to certain degree. On the other hand, I do not feel that the restraining order that Garry received was fair or just, considering that there was no actual threat or history of physical violence made towards Tila, at any given time during or after their relationship ended. Considering Tila’s self destructive history and drug use, also her failed psychological exam. If anyone should be concerned about their safety, its most definitely Garry.
Even thou most of you folks may not agree with me on this, I can respect to agree that we disagree and move on. There is way more to this story that Tila’s obviously scared of getting out to the public. That’s why she is fighting so hard to make him look so bad. It may not make sense now. But, think about it…
