Let’s take a quick look back into time. Who is this super groupie known as Andrea “Kat Stacks” Herrera and what is her history. How did this one female with a “mission” end up where she is now. Seems as if we got lost in the cluster fuck of the media frenzy and year has flown by so damn fast. Since this infamous groupie popped up on the radar. How can someone have such a sordid and sad past and not try to make their life any better. How could she not want to have higher expectations for herself? The question is did she see her life as any different than it is now? When you read her bio below as she posted it on her now long gone website, that was allegedly hacked many times. Seems as if she could have done better and tried to achieve so much more…
“Who is Kat Stacks?: “Kat” was a code name given by my Baby’s father at age 15 after I ran away from my home in Miami, FL and went to live in Brooklyn, New York. I was originally born in Caracas, Venezuela and given the birth name “Andrea” , I attended Alternative school during my child hood and was always a problem child. I have been in a mental hospital for trying to commit suicide. I have been in jail, I was always a hustlers girlfriend. I have been mentally and physically abused by those who I thought I could love & trust. But after all I’ve been through I am still standing here with my head up stronger than ever.”
“Part of my life stories: I have 3 old scars on my wrists from YEARS AGO of failed attempt to commit suicide. My 1st Scarr: The first time I cut my wrist was when my Baby’s father gave me the worst beating of my life. My baby’s father had an alcohol problem & use to come home every night drunk and bash my face in, so I met another man (Omar) who always picked up Prince broken pieces. After staying out one night I decided to come back home, I remember entering the room sat next to him on the bed. Next thing I know he striked me on the face with multiple blows. I curled up in a ball screaming “Daddy NO!” he grabbed a fist full of my hair and put my face in the air and started punching me and then threw on me on the ground. I crawled in the closet & he picked up one of my stripper heels and started banging me on my body with it. When he stopped I ran on top of the bed & he came back with a empty liquor bottle telling me to take off my brand new acrylic nails that he bought, so I did as I was told which hurted and I almost took off my own nail. Then he hit me on the head with the bottle told me if I don’t cut my self he was gonna kill me. So I cut my wrists and he made me sit in the corner with my arms out making jokes laughing with his friend Primetime.”
“2nd Scarr: Omar took his chain off and started beating on my body with it demanding to get the f*ck out of his ride. I was wearing a mini skirt and walked my drunk ass out feeling no pain as the cuts on my legs bled. I called my regular Taxi man Zee and he took me to my baby’s father house. My baby’s father was furious as Zee explained to him what happened. I got my drunk ass out of the Taxi and my baby daddy dragged me by my hair up the stairs & threw me on the living room floor. He then knocked on his roommates door. As soon as Primetime opened the door he told him I just came back from Omar’s house broke, “WORD?” Primetime replied. My baby daddy started stomping my lifeless slim body and striking me with brutal blows as Primetime joined the beating with a gun held to my head. The alcohol in my system numbed the pain, when they were done beating me I just stared blank at the ceiling for a minute until I yelled really loud and flipped. I went in the bathroom & grabbed the eyebrow box cutter & sliced both of my wrists and both of my thighs.”
“3rd scarr: To make the long story short, I got kicked out of club Sobe Live for swinging on my baby’s father and he abandoned me in street and I got kidnapped by 2 pimps and 1 of the raped me. When I got my chance to run away I went back and told my baby’s father what happened and he beat me up so I cut my wrists.”
Looking at her mini bio, I feel really bad for her and what she has been through. But, at the same time she stated that she “ran away from home at 15 years old” with a man 10 years older than her as she had revealed in her first official radio interview. That was only a start of the problems to come. That was her CHOICE as a young adult and not a very wise one. A very serious question that we have to ask her again is was it all worth it? Did she really want to get into the limelight and get famous that desperately and why?
Even though Andrea has a child that is legally an American citizen she is not. She could have avoided going to jail if she had went to her first immigration hearing back on May 25, 2010 of last year. The fact is Andrea has been on the run for a long time and it was only a matter of time till she was caught. I am surprised it didn’t happen any sooner than it did. The next question is why are there so many enablers in Andrea’s life? Was Andrea always the “victim” or just another trick looking for her next “john” to take advantage of and exploit for fame? Over the past year there have been many ups and downs that happened to her. Some were shocking and some were expected and well deserved. We have all heard the saying “what goes around, comes around.” Most of the time she played the victim role, but in the end the TRUTH about what was happening behind the scenes was revealed. People started focusing in on Andrea and watching what she was saying and doing. People finally started seeing past the fabrications and the games, that seemed to be strategically planned out by Andrea and others within her “inner circle”. Things really got bad after she took advantage of a fan who trusted her.
At first it was all fun and games and then things went seriously wrong. People were tired of being deceived. While some stories seem to be true others were not. Time after time Andrea kept being proven wrong and more of her “haters” started voicing it on blogs and other media sources. Then that’s when her own “super fans” started attacking the people who didn’t agree with her or her mission to destroy people’s reputations and careers at any cost. Ergo, “Team Kat Stacks” and “Team Fuck Kat Stacks” were created. Point being, you either supported her or hated her. There’s no in between. Fence hopping is not permitted…
When did all of this get out of control? Was it when the 2 teams started jockeying for lead position and having turf wars. All I know is what I have seen over the last year has been a cluster fuck of scandals, drama, heartache and scary behaviors coming from some members of “Team Kat Stacks”. From aimless allegations of “stalking” and personal information being posted without the victims consent, to severe harassment with the goal to WIN. But, I ask the people who commit these malicious acts, what are you really gaining by treating people this way? What have you gained? I wonder if they actually think that Andrea will even remember their names or even really care about them and their problems. Let me remind you that she only thinks about ONE person and that person is herself. Take a few minutes and digest that TRUTH for awhile…
Andrea really became well known when she outed Soulja Boy as being a “coke head” whether true or not. It was very damaging reputation wise. It seems after the Soulja Boy blow out, she went on the down low and it was all silenced. She stopped talking about it and started clubbing more, she had many problems with several promoters. Over the past year she had 5 different managers. In the end she always accused them of stealing money from her. But, was any of it true? We all still wonder what the real story is. Then news of her FAKE ID came out. All I can say is she has burned many bridges along the way to “fame”, was it all worth it?
Right now Andrea is in some serious legal trouble and has been since she first got arrested back in 2009. Her problems have only multiplied and have landed her where she is right now. Locked up in ICE custody until further notice. I can almost guarantee that she’s not coming out anytime soon. Cases like hers statistically do not turn out well. I’ll explain more how this works, so you can maybe understand the legal fight she is going through. By definition the Bureau of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (BICE, formerly INS), a subdivision of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), charged that she is subject to removal under Immigration law, having been convicted of an aggravated felony, as defined in §101(a)(43)(A) of the Act. In Florida, if a defendant is found to be carrying a concealed weapon without the proper authorization, he or she can be charged with a third-degree felony and be sentenced to up to five years in prison. In some cases depending on added charges the third degree felony can turn into a second or first degree with a more severe charge. Which in turn she was charged with a third degree and did go to jail for a short period of time. You see that DARK RED inmate uniform that she is wearing in the picture above. She is considered a Level 3 “highest threat” detainee as per the inmate classification system. All level three detainees are considered a high-risk category requiring medium to maximum security housing. All level three detainees are always monitored and escorted.
Another problem since she has been locked up and in ICE custody, is her twitter usage. A nasty and stupid rumor is that she has been tweeting from jail for the last several months. I want to end this rumor right here and now. As per the DHS Inmate Handbook provided on their website. Inmate standards state that “Typewriters and/or computers are available in the Law Library for preparation of legal documents ONLY. The typewriter and/or computer is not to be used for personal correspondence.” It seems that “Team Kat Stacks” and her camp want to keep perpetuating that she is above the law. All of Andrea’s tweets have come from the web, which I can only assume that either her mother Johnyelsi Cardenas or someone within WSHH’s team is tweeting for her. All in the effort to keep her fans in the mix, thinking that she must have some special privileges as a “celebrity” (I use that term very loosely), which we all know is not true. Tell me when did you ever see Lil’ Wayne
, T.I. or any other REAL celebrity tweet for that matter, unless someone from their camp was doing it for them. It’s all about what you think you see, not what really is going down. Another thing to ponder, why has she NEVER tweeted anything about missing her son? Don’t you find that peculiar? Think about that for a minute…
Like Andrea said “Its NOT What You KNOW, Its What You Can PROVE, Don’t Get Put On BLAST”. But, did she not absorb her own statement? It seems that it has bitten her on the ass, to many times to count. Did she expect to be put on blast? I remember the several times she claimed that she was “untouchable”, that was her first huge mistake. Any person with common sense and a sense of self worth. Would know and understand that no one is an exception to the laws of the land and the wrath of KARMA. I wonder if she or her family been humbled by all of this. Or will we see more of this type of fuckery in the future?
You all are probably wondering why I took the time to write this out. I did it because I actually do care. I wanted this blog to be a wake up call for those “obsessed fans” out there. Who think that this person is anyone’s “role model”. Even though I have pointed out mass amounts of scandalous bullsh*t and lies that have been told and happened with Andrea over the last year. I have also only told the TRUTH and reported the events accurately as they happened. I have defended her in the past when I saw something that was falsely reported about her on a well known media website. She has in return commented on my blog several times in defense of herself. Let it be known that I will continue blogging and/or tweeting about the now publicly known groupie with any further news or updates that I have received….
