It is an electro hop and happycore song produced by Diamond Kuts, credited as Tina Dunham. The music video for “Stupid Hoe“ was directed by Hype Williams and was shot on December 19 & 20 in 2011. It was released via Minaj’s VEVO and has received generally negative reviews from the public. The video received over 2,000,000+ views in less than 24 hours with over 55,000+ dislikes and 38,000+ likes on YouTube. The video has since far become Minaj’s second most popular video behind “Super Bass“. The song is taking jab shots at fellow hip hop star Lil Kim who Minaj has been beefing with since her entrance in hip hop. The wild music video filled with vibrant changing scenes in some reels. Nicki says that the music video was debuted online, instead of on television “because its important that my art is not tampered with, or compromised prior to you viewing it for the 1st time”.
